Roles we'll be recruiting for
Scheduling Coordinator VA
Caregiver scheduling and client communication.
Intake & Admin VA
Referrals, documents, data entry.
Billing Support VA
Claims follow-up and AR tracking.
No fee to apply to VASEA: no application, testing or training fee. We never ask for payment, GCash or bank details for your application.
Requirements: strong English, a stable internet connection (25+ Mbps) with backup, a quiet workspace, and willingness to work US hours. Healthcare/BPO experience is a plus.
Tip: NBI Clearance (optional to get early)
If you're engaged, we'll ask for a valid NBI Clearance during pre-engagement checks. Under VASEA policy it must be issued within 6 months before your start date, and it's renewed yearly. Getting one early is up to you and won't affect how we review your application. Please don't send it with your application. We'll ask for it only after an offer, with your written consent, and we verify it online with the NBI. First-time jobseekers may qualify for a free clearance under RA 11261. Check with your barangay.
